Document requirements

The above document must:

  • If you are a foreign director, a non-ZA address can be used

If your proof of address isn't in your own name

If you live with family, rent informally, or otherwise don't have a document in your own name, you can still verify your address using one of the following:

  • An affidavit confirming your residential address, sworn at a police station

  • A body corporate or governing body letter or statement

  • An official employer letter, if you reside on your employer's premises

If none of these documents apply to your situation, please contact support and we'll advise on alternative options.
