What's happening?
Zazu is changing its name to Manza. Same company, same team, same product.
When?
22 September 2026.
Why?
We started in South Africa. We're now live across South Africa and North Africa, and we're building a financial operating system for businesses across the Global South. Zazu was the right name for where we started. Manza is the right name for where we're going.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Nothing at all.
Your account and your money
Does my account number or balance change?
No. Both stay exactly as they are.
Do I need a new card?
No. Your card keeps working. There's no re-issue and no new card coming.
Do my login details change?
No. Same email, same password, same access.
Will my recurring payments, debit orders and saved beneficiaries still work?
Yes. Nothing on your account is being moved or recreated.
Is my money still held in the same place?
Yes. Our banking partners and our licences are unchanged. This is a name change, not a change of provider.
Does my pricing or plan change?
No.
What about my team's access and permissions?
Unchanged.
What you'll actually notice
The app
It will appear as Manza in the App Store and Google Play. Same app — it updates on its own, and you don't need to reinstall or log back in.
The website
get-zazu.com will take you to get-manza.com. Old links and bookmarks keep working.
Emails from us
They'll come from a Manza address. Worth adding us to your contacts so we don't land in spam. Our old addresses keep working too.
Invoices, receipts and statements
New documents will carry the Manza brand. Anything already issued to you stays valid exactly as it is — nothing is being reissued.
For partners and businesses working with us
I have a contract with you. Does it need to change?
Only the name on the contract will change. We're in touch with our partners to make amendment where necessary. Terms, pricing and obligations are untouched.
I use your API. What do I need to do?
Nothing right now. Endpoints and base URL remain unchanged. In the future, we will change the base URL. Before that happens, we will give you clear notice in advance of any breaking changes.
Your logo or name appears on my website or in my product. Where do I get the new assets?

Security
How do I know this isn't a scam?
Fair question, and exactly the right instinct. Name changes are when fraudsters get busy.
We will never ask you for your password, PIN or one-time code — not by email, not on WhatsApp, not on a call. If a message asks you to "re-verify", "migrate your account" or "confirm your details for Manza", it isn't from us.
When in doubt, don't click. Go to the app directly, or contact us on the support number you already use.
Someone contacted me claiming to be from Manza. What do I do?
Don't respond and don't click anything. Forward it to our support team so we can flag it.
